Instead check out the Atlantic Sun Championship at 4 Eastern on ESPN2. It&#8217;s Troy State vs. Central Florida, the two best teams in a conference where the 3rd best team, Belmont, has wins over probable at-large teams Missouri and Air Force.<\/p>\n<p>Troy is the wackiest team in basketball. They are 4th in the nation in steals. But get this, they have committed the fewest fouls per game in the nation. Quite a stunning fact. In the semis against Georgia State, they committed only 5 turnovers to GSU&#8217;s 27.  The +22 margin was the most for any game in 2004, yet Troy needed a frantic comeback in the last 2 minutes to pull out a one-point victory.
